Evaluate employee performance and provide additional coaching and support as needed that will meet revenue and cost goals

Generate business, reports, assess departmental, measure the success of each department and provide direction and guidance to employees in their assigned job duties and ensures that departments are always correctly staffed

Participate in the preparation of the budget and performance standards and ensure that all departments are provided with their requirements and needs and properly coordinated to perform their duties effectively

Increasing the effectiveness of management in motivating employees and encouraging them to work and refining their talents by creating a stimulating, positive and vital work environment that creates innovative solutions

Building the company by providing continuing education and training opportunities and promoting the development of staff mentality growth and implement best practice processes continuous improvement
Prioritize tasks and provide requirements to ensure projects are completed before deadlines

Ensures efficient manner that the team operates in a safe, highest morale, absence of grievances, provide an immediate response to requests and continuously improve hygiene and food services
Follow up the results of employee satisfaction survey and strive to continuously improve cleaning and food services

Focus on increasing sales growth, forecasting future performance and taking advantage of market opportunities and ensure the availability of raw material stocks in a timely manner

Ensure that the employees are aware of their high quality and achieve the standards and quality conditions, and to study customer complaints very seriously through meetings quality loop and ensure that the problem is not repeated

Maintain financial discipline and reduce company expenses by creating cost reduction initiatives, improvement procedures, process efficiency, cost review of manufactured products and negotiate quotes from the suppliers
