Prioritize tasks and provide requirements to ensure projects are completed before deadlines
Ensures efficient manner that the team operates in a safe, highest morale, absence of grievances, provide an immediate response to requests and continuously improve hygiene and food services

Maintain financial discipline and reduce company expenses by creating cost reduction initiatives, improvement procedures, process efficiency, cost review of manufactured products and negotiate quotes from the suppliers
