• Administration tasks:
o Assist with filling and administrative tasks
o Assist with customer requests
• Customer Businesses:
o Schedule and manage meeting/tasks
o Attending business meetings and supporting different business owners acting as a team member.
o Create and manage database in client management software
• Sales & Marketing:
o Organize catering, events of functions
o Design business cards, promotional and marketing material
o Sales for Servcorp Services
• Perform direct sales activities with clients (Female and Male)
• Helping the branch to achieve the overall sales target through Upselling products for customers
Achievements
• Achieving top sales twice within one year in our branch by selling the most within the team
• Playing a key role in leading our branch sales performance by helping the team to achive their sales target.
• Three main tasks were handled by this position:
o B2B relationship building with retailers to offer the card’s features
o Closing deals with retailers to add them to our portfolio through customers meetings
o Working with the different internal teams to align the strategy
