- Contributes to the planning and delivery of an effective induction program to new employees, assisting with the preparation of email addresses, medical insurance, and similar organizational benefits and requirements.
- Provides support, training, and guidance to employees in the application of policies and procedures.
- Provides support in Government Relations to deal with all the duties required by GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad and other government bodies as required.
- Identifies areas of opportunity to improve functionality and workflow, and maximize technological capabilities to reduce manual processes and to improve data management and efficiency.
- Contributes to mobilization and demobilization of employees and conducting exit interviews.
- Track all medical insurance deletions and additions and the point of contact with insurance companies.
- Complete departure and exit procedures for employees and tracking any related processes of visas.
- Entering employee data in ERP system and using data to create employee profiles.
- Offering counselling services to employees, managing employee complaints, and liaising between employees and management ensuring that employees receive an efficient and accurate response to queries.
- Organizing and updating employee files with maintaining employee records and paperwork and managing all type of leaves.
- Providing a complete administration service to the HR function, supporting each area of the team with administration support, in line with business requirements.
- Producing reports and summaries of activity, as requested by the managers.
- Supporting hr priority projects with any administrative activity, including updating relevant reports and keeping track of relevant deadlines.
- Responding to emails on behalf of the department.
