Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the implementation of Project Quality Plan, ensuring that the system
complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015,
Procedures and all applicable Contractual Documentations.
Preparation, review, updating and distribution of the Project Quality Plan, and
ensuring that the quality plan, procedures and objectives are understood and
Implemented within the quality assurance functions.
Review& Issue all project Quality Procedures, Inspection and Test Plans, Check lists
And forms.
Receiving and Evaluating the Procurement Quality Control Supervisor (PQCS) Reports
in regard to Vendor Supplied Materials (before, during& after fabrication) so as to
ensure the effective compliance(process control) with the approved technical
Submittals and standards.
Establish and maintain a QA program for monitoring suppliers and sub-contractors
Including audits and controls to ensure the compliance with the approved SOW,
Project Specifications.
Leading company’s efforts to maintain continuous improvement of quality system by
Implementing process controls, data analysis and Quality metrics.
Supervising QC department, evaluating their performance and training staff if
Required. Directing employees in matters of quality and inspection, and assist in
Counseling personnel.
Involved in and take actions to close the 2nd party audit conducted by client
Representative (3rd party) on our side to ensure the continual effectiveness of quality
System and client requirements.
Experience in depth in Procurement Process, working closely and Review all the
Procurement documentations (Material Requisition, Purchase Requisition, Non
Material Requirements, Inspection Requirements, Technical Bid Evaluation& the
draft POs) to ensure the compliance with the required Outsourced Scope of
Work/SOW, Quality Requirements .
• Implementation of Quality Control plan for the project.
Personally perform or direct each specialty Q.C. inspectors to perform inspections on materials,
• construction activities and workmanship.
• Manage proper reviews on all submittals, shop drawings, certificates of compliance, manufacturers’ literatures, material samples, guarantees, equipment data, etc. and so certify them.
• Ensuring that all test equipment is calibrated, tests are conducted in accordance with specification and the test reports verified to meet the requirements.
• Prepare and approve all Q.C. reports.
• Direct and maintain current submittal registers.
• Implement recording, filing and reporting system of Q.C. works.
• Control and direct for laboratory and testing.
• To ensure all materials delivered at site inspected and conform to specified requirements.
• Evaluate Q.C. system for effectiveness, efficiency and capability.
• Advise the Project Manager and obtain consultant approval for the corrective actions for unsatisfactory works.
• Direct the replacement of substandard workmanship and/or materials.
• Completion of final Documentation in a presentable manner.

• QUALITY control of civil works executed at site inspection the work according to inspection & test plane (ITP), and methods statements
Immediately report to project manager nonconformance of Quality norms against project specification and ensuring that all nnc are closed within the agreed duration
Implementing the quality procedures to organize the processes between contractor’s engineers coordinating with internal / external auditiors
