1. Develop R410A, R407C, & R134A Refrigeration System for Chillers, Package Units & Condensing Units from design conceptualization up to product launching.
2. Designing of Chillers, Package Unit, AHU, FCU, Condensing Unit, and other design related to HVAC equipment along with mechanical and electrical design teams.
3. Compute cooling capacity, EER, COP, IPLV of HVAC equipment by means of capacity and mass flow balance between compressor, evaporator and condenser.
4. Develop product engineering initiatives to ensure cost reduction through standardization, value engineering and cost effective design.
5. Provide technical and commercial support to the distributor network and sales office (equipment submittals, quotation, drawings, piping and instrument diagram).
6. To ensure that relevant international product certifications are continually maintained and meet the certification requirements.
7. Coordinate with QC for the performance evaluation and functional testing of the new components as well as products and recommend modification when required.
8. Study HVAC system design (heat load calculation, air distribution system, air balancing, air duct sizing, refrigerant, chilled water and condenser pipe sizing) for our equipment installed at site and give solutions and recommendation for maintenance and installation team when required.
9. Prepare the technical data required for the installation, trouble shooting, repair and maintenance manuals of HVAC equipment.
10. Review and validate Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Report and give solutions and recommendation for motor's, blower's and pulley selections.
11. Prepare material costing/product selling percentage analysis for project quotations.
12. Perform unit selections for customized units based on customer requirements.
13. Evaluate & analyze performance test data result for the proposed prototype units in the testing facilities.
14. Prepare and revise drawings when required along with mechanical and electrical section.
