Pre-Sales Duties:
• Understand and effectively presents and delivers presentations on the suite of Techno Q products, features and benefits to new and prospective clients as well as internal clients to promote sales and product development.
• Support the sales team in demonstrating products during sales visits.
• Understand and translate the features of Techno Q products into customer-oriented benefits.
• Work closely with customers to understand their organizational plan points and effectively link product features and benefits to the customer’s needs to help promote sales.
Implementation Duties:
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot solutions at Customers sites.
• Provides consultation on the implementation of Techno Q products to ensure goals and objectives are installed and integrated within prescribed timeframe and cost parameters.
• Provide Professional training and knowledge transfer to clients according to the scope.
• Consistently meets assigned deadlines to ensure client satisfaction.
Support Duties:
• Record Cases for customer support requests according to guidelines and process in place.
• Maintain accurate record and document support cases, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and action taken, through to the final resolution of support cases.
• Actively supports the customer in all aspects through to case resolution, keeping the customer informed and updated throughout life of the case.
• Achieve customer satisfaction through effective handling of customer support cases.
• Prioritize and schedule support cases. Escalate cases (when required) to the appropriately experienced specialist according to escalation procedures.
• Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Intranet and Internet to aid in resolution of support cases.
• Test fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved.
• Perform post resolution follow ups to cases.
• Comply with support schedule adherence to ensure overall service level targets are achieved.
Other Duties:
• Maintain historical records by documenting hardware and software changes and revisions.
• Attend required technical training sessions and make effective use of assigned lab time.
• Establish and maintain positive work relationships and works productively with support groups within the business, i.e., Marketing, Product Management, etc.
• Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.

- Accredited Computer Engineer under Ministry of Municipality & Environment in Qatar.
- Completed more than 40 projects.
- Knowledge transfer to team to grow company business.
- Oracle certified solution engineer for opera cloud to meet Oracle requirements.
- FCS certified professional service engineer to implement FCS systems.
Worked in the project of installation and configuration of wired and wireless, GPRS,
POS (Point of Sale) machines.
• Dealing with VeriFone machines: The wired machines Vx510 and Omni and the
wireless machine Vx670 (GPRS).
• Solving technical issues of the machine
• Installing POS machines in different areas in Qatar as located by the supervisor.
• Informing the supervisor about all the technical issues and providing them all the
important data of POS machines.
• Satisfying the customer to use the updated software of the POS machine and helping
them to learn different operations of the machine.
• Making sure that customer is fully aware of the machine’s operations and assuring
them our assistance at the time of need.
