Duties: -
Working as a NEOM Enterprises quality team (client representative) in NEOM Airports, Spine and NIC connectors, construction projects.
Need to find the gap between Construction contractors, PMC/EPM & Third-party Inspection agency.
Verifying the site construction activities w.r.t NEOM specification.
Assess the implementation of the Quality process in the projects.
Responsibilities: -
Review the Project Quality Plans.
Review the contractor special procedures, ITP & other quality documents w.r.t NEOM specification.
Perform & Implementation of Lesson Learned & Best practice of the projects.
Ensure the compliance of NEOM specifications.
Discuss & Implement the Technical & Quality requirements with the stack holders, PMC/EPM and Contractors.
Proactively engage the construction activities & issues raised during Design, Erection & commissioning.
Prepare Inspection report and communicate with relevant parties.
Verify PQI calculation & inform to the relevant parties to create and put into practice the knowledge needed for contractors to obtain good KPI for their projects. their status in quality performance.
Investigate NCRs issued by stack holders and educate the contractor to close the NCR within the QMS requirements.
Issue Project NCRs based on NEOM specifications.
Developed the tools to reporting with Department Heads.
