The QP District Project is designed to be a complex of nine “state of the art” High-Rise buildings, which will serve the global, regional and local needs of Qatar Petroleum (QP), the national company responsible for all oil and gas industry processes in Qatar. -Five star hotel (400 key approx.) and convention centre;
-3 levels of basement car parking and a 6 level parking garage and three level podiums with additional parking;
-QP shared functional areas split across ground and podium levels;
-An auditorium with raked seating, full AV and interpreter facilities;
-66kv/11kv primary substation feeding multiple 11kv distribution stations
-Self contained bespoke district cooling plant containing 12 chillers, providing cooling for the entire project.
-Landscaping and public areas.
