1. Project Management functions such as Planning, Scheduling, Analyzing, Monitoring & Cost Controlling the Projects, using Primavera P6.8.
2. Preparation of Resource & Cost Loaded Baseline Program for the Projects with Construction Methodology and Logistics Plan.
3. Successful in Controlling Project downtime by identifying potentially critical areas resulting in Prevention of project cost escalation thereby saving revenue loss of the company.
4. Core member in representing the company during important meetings and presentations.
5. Monitoring Program by Earned Value Management System both in terms of cost Variance and schedule variance i.e. PV, EV & AC.
6. Preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) Claims & Delay impacted program to get claim.
7. Responsible for guiding the construction team regarding the logistics of the Project and other potential critical areas thereby helping them to plan in advance for any possible delay in completion of work thus preventing unnecessary cost escalations.
Studying for LLM- Masters Degree in Construction Law and Arbitration, which will be completing on September-2017.
