1. Manage the preparation and implementation of training programs for the Corp.Clients.
2. Monitor the performance of Technical and Operations teams.
3. Develop action plans and the divisions annual budget in line with the company's strategic direction;
4. Put the Corp. Division goals and identify ways and procedures to achieve such objectives;
5. Drawing up a training plans

7. Conducting Training Needs Assessment
