* Concerned with enhancing and rising up knowledge and performance of company employees by assessing the competencies and knowledge within the company and determining what training needs to develop these competencies, and enhance their performance; to ensure that all employees will provide high level of service which related to products, and company image in front of clients.
* Identifying training and development needs within company through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.
* Designing and expanding functional training and development programs based on the needs of the company.
* Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in the company, such as line managers, Functional employees.
* Having an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages.
Job Description and role
.
- Training, Consultation & Implementation on MenaITech Human Resources Management System (HR, Payroll, Employees’ Portals - ESS).
- Understand & analyze client’s business rules and HR functions (compensations, recruitment, training & development, career path, succession planning, etc.) & apply it on Human Resources Management system.
- Providing recommendations & guidance on HR procedures & functions Implementation best practices.
- Follow up MenaITech HRMS operation process and visit clients on regular basis to ensure their full understanding and satisfaction.
- Prepare and develop the work plan procedures including all steps required for clients implementation process such as installation, training, implementation and follow up of MenaITech Human Resources Management system.
- Localize the product to be fit the MENA region by applying local governmental rules.
- Keep the Professional services manager updated with the last projects status including any potential risk that could occur and have impact on the project constrains as deadline, cost or scope.
- Maintain and document customers’ profiles.
- Hold seminars, Sessions and attend conferences that related to HR Pre-Sales activities.
