Major Projects /Achievements:
Mobinil Sales Distribution System phase 2 (SDSII) project
- Enhancing distribution chain management, control, and expansion.
- Integrated with the phase 2 implementation of all the corporate, national sales and back office sales agents and the commissioning processes and all the sales handling functions.
Oracle financial new modules:
Implementation of five new modules in the Oracle financial ERP :
- PAC (Periodic Average Costing): define the average costing of financial items
-Technical Warehouse: The warehouse of the technical items such as antennas and microwave items
-AR (Account Receivable): Receivable Module of all the company financial receivables
-Cash Management:Cash management module for all the cash payments and cash forecasts
-WIP (Work In Process):For handling bundle items
Oracle Inventory Archiving
-Archiving Inventory database (Huge number of transactions )
-Enhance the performance
-Providing reporting solution in order to access the archived data
-Perform database tuning (database reclaim ) to reorder the physical data after the purge process
Oracle Business Enhancements:
The main objectives from the project are:
-Revamp inventory module for managing scratch cards to be non-serial controlled (based on ranges)
-Redesign current interfaces with legacy systems to match the new model
-Assessment for current business processes in both financial and logistics
Mobinil Retail System :
-Retail POS Solution provides the flexibility & scalability to meet Mobinil’s POS requirements, leading to improved customer service & higher profitability
-Provides centralized management of transaction information and real-time access to that information from any store
-Includes a comprehensive and easy-to-use reporting system, enabling managers to analyze their businesses & make fact-based decisions on their store environments
-Includes store-level employee, security, and time maintenance
-Enhance sales channels productivity & time to market

- Responsible for requirement gathering, analyzing and designing automation for all business cycles of the Municipality such as the issuing of licenses, issue for land license as an example
