Beirut Office Overview
OMD Beirut is the business hub of the Levant region. While the Dubai office is the MENA HQ and hub for GCC markets, Lebanon is the lead market out of which Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and the Iraqi market are handled for all regional and multinational clients.

Client Responsibilities ( )
▪ As Levant market lead for all PepsiCo brands, playing the orchestrator role across all functions to ensure business best practice up to the multinational’s standards, guidelines, and benchmarks.
▪ Yearly strategic planning for all brands within the four markets tailor-made to every brands’’ proposition and target market with continuous linking to business KPIs.
▪ Designing investment strategies to best allocate given media budget across the different markets, brands, activity calendars, communications disciplines, and more.
▪ Optimizing the planning and procurement approaches to achieve required levels of efficiencies.
▪ Taking part in the synchronization process among the Levant, GCC, and Egypt, aiming to generate exponential consumer impact while generating virtual dollar savings.
▪ Identifying brands opportunities and creative ideas for multiple “award eligible” campaigns.
▪ Leading on the integration of campaigns across all platforms especially on the digital front.

Internal Responsibilities
▪ Leading the alignment for the office with regional offices and the Dubai HQ.
▪ Training, coaching, and guiding junior peers and crafting together clear career paths stapled by multiple yearly checkpoints and clear KPIs.
▪ Responsible for new approach trainings (OMD Vision) and market downloads to cascade to all team members.
▪ Levant representative in OMD’s Light Team responsible for creativity and generating award-winning campaigns.
▪ Practicing a main role in the agency’s migration from offline/online planning to hybrid media consultants.
▪ Part of the team commissioned to interview new applicants across all departments.
▪ Part of the team responsible for activities that showcase the OMD culture internally and externally.

Key Daily Tasks And Duties
