Since 2014, I have been working as a social media project manager & and a team leader in iMena Digital, a branch of iMena Group. Through this period I:
1) Worked with international brands to explore and identify ways to integrate social media into business
strategies and marketing campaigns. Such as: IKEA KSA, Magrabi Hospitals, TQ college of excellence - KSA, Algonquin college of excellences KSA and else.
2) Communicated the brands' marketing plans, mission, personality and accomplishments through effective social media marketing strategies and effective content that reaches, influences, engages and converts their target audience into real buyers and brand advocates.
3) Developed successful influencers outreach campaigns and events.
4) Directed and coordinated social media marketing activities and policies to promote products and services by supervising social media team's efforts within the handled projects.
5) Defined key performance indicators and implemented measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success.
6) Initiated social media listening studies and competitor analysis and analysed findings.
7) Directed crisis management strategies and tackled suitable communication messages according to their
situations.
