Training & Development
-Identify training and development needs through performance appraisals, assessment centers, surveys and other diagnostic tools
-Develop the annual training plan and budget to ensure all training and developmental activities are met and obtain approval from division heads
-Follow up the impact of training courses on the collaborator’s performance by reporting on employee’s progress under guidance and contacting with direct manager to ensure effective employee development
-Follow up on individual development plans for target employees such as middle management
-Monitor the performance of service providers / consultants as well as liaise with universities and institutes regarding self-development programs attended by employees
Performance Management
-Developing performance appraisal system that included defining smart objectives/ competencies and grading system of this appraisal
-Deliver Refresher training sessions to managers/ employees on performance management
-Initiate performance management cycle of mid-year and end year
-Revise performance appraisals to ensure they are properly implemented and calculated
-Prepare the normal distribution curve to compare to actual data and communicate with division heads to ensure alignment
-Prepare a report of highest achievers as well as poor performers for differentiation, recognition, disciplinary, or development action plans.
Recruitment
Widen EG network for recruitment resources including recruitment agencies, online recruitment websites, advertisements, Social networks, universities database…etc
-Check and recommend which employment fairs to participate in, and ensure EG is presented in a professional and attractive manner for candidates to ensure employer branding
-Conduct interviews with candidates applying for key positions and arrange for interviews with relevant functional managers
-Ensure the caliber of candidates is enhanced and that they meet the needed requirements

Organizational development duties besides job analysis & description writing
Developing sources of qualified applicants, screening applicants, scheduling &
conducting screening interviews and administering tests.
Coordinating contacts with educational institutes, employment agencies, placement
firms and other potential sources of applicants.
Administering online recruiting and newspaper job advertisements.
Coordinating off-site recruitment programs including job fairs and identifying
future opportunities for potential sources of recruitment.
Perform new hire announcements and orientation.
Updating hire report and manning guide on a monthly basis.
Maintaining data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, & hires.
