customer service.
- Provide conflict resolution & settlement of complaints when required.

Single handedly managed the RIPE Payment process to Third Party Insurance
companies for at fault claims across multiple system platforms.
- Process paper/email RIPE requests for cheques up to the authority limit of £4999 in
adherence with payment & process protocols.
- Handled inbound payment calls from TPI/TP representatives, customer
representatives, process experts etc. averaging 80 a day.
- Partly supported the Subrogated Recovery Team by answering claims related queries
from TPI representatives & solicitors acting on own client’s behalf.
