➢ Understand and priorities business needs, and translate them into HR actions, and
then deliver.
➢ Implement Business / Corporate / Group HR strategy as applies to the Region /
Globally.

➢ Monitoring inventory of office supplies.
➢ Initiating and managing the process of mobilization and demobilization.

➢ Work with Division HR Manager and Department Managers to further develop the organization structure.
➢ Implement effective HR policies to ensure all practices follow labor and employment regulations.
➢ Establishing and maintaining company’s employee relations and regulations systems, as well as help
ensuring that employees and their reports are aware of these systems and following them.
➢ Issuing contracts, employment certificates, service letter and warning letter.
➢ Responsible for all GOSI Requirements: Enrolling, Deletion and Cases related to MOL.
➢ Communicating with Department Heads about their employees’ contract renewal.
➢ Providing legal advice to the Directors on any employment regulations, HR processes or staffing issues.
➢ Attending job fairs and career events.
➢ Ensuring that all job descriptions are accurate.
➢ Act as backup to HR Manager in his absence.
➢ Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and
harassment allegations.
➢ Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
➢ Communicating with Department Heads and receiving reports from them.
Responsible for the installation and maintenance of IT equipment including printers, scanners and
workstations.
➢ Supporting clients using remote access technologies also by visiting client sites.
Greeted patients and assisted with hospital check-in.
➢ Maintained organized environment by updating necessary paperwork, filing charts and notifying nurses
of patient arrival.
