• Work with Contracts manager integrating multi-site long term agreements. Under minimal supervision develops a wide range of complex, low & high-value services contracts. Negotiates, extends, terminates, and renegotiates contracts as appropriate.
• Analyzing price proposals, financial reports, and other data to determine reasonableness of prices and advise superiors on the analyses. Prepares reports, presentations, spreadsheets and flowcharts. Maintains databases and update status.
• Acts as an independent liaison and coordinates with contracting principals to ensure compliance with contract specifications and resolution of problems and issues as they arise. Interacts with own Department, internal customers and contractors for any required arrangements related to contractors.
• Handles contractor pre-qualification including documentation and site visits. Evaluates or monitors contractor performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.
• Internally works closely with user departments e.g. General Service, Human Resources, Business Development, Maintenance and Operations, Environment Health & Safety departments to identify contract service needs and manage those needs once the service providers have been authorized.
• Externally works closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of services in line with our end-user needs.
• Formulates, negotiates, establishes, and administers, integrated, low or high-value contractual arrangements and procurement proposals for a range of products or services for the company including drafting scope of work and entire contracts packages and submit for review. Issue PO against Contracts based on RFCA from End Users.
