I worked in “Casting shop, Sand blasting shop, Forging Shop, Machine Shop, Heat treatment shop, Fabrication shop, Mechanical testing shop, NDT section, Paint shop and in Dispatch shop.
I worked in “NDT Lab, SEM analyses Lab, Spectroscopy Lab, Mechanical Testing Lab, Casting Lab, Microscopy Lab, Metallography Lab, Physical Vapor Deposition Lab” from where I got valuable industrial experience to put my Theoretical knowledge into practical work.
I am Muhammad Rashid Subhani. I recently did my B.E Metallurgy and Materials Engineering with a session 2011-2015 from Punjab University Lahore New campus Lahore Pakistan and got distinguishable 3.77 CGPA with 5th position in Class. I did two Internships one in HMC (Heavy Mechanical Complex) where I worked in “Casting shop, Sand blasting shop, Forging Shop, Machine Shop, Heat treatment shop, Fabrication shop, Mechanical testing shop, NDT section, Paint shop and in Dispatch shop” and second was at PCSIR (Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research) where I worked in “NDT Lab, SEM analyses Lab, Spectroscopy Lab, Mechanical Testing Lab, Casting Lab, Microscopy Lab, Metallography Lab, Physical Vapor Deposition Lab” from where I got valuable industrial experience to put my Theoretical knowledge into practical work. I also Qualified of NDT (Non Destructive Testing) and Asset Health Management Course from Institute of Reliability Centered Maintenance (IRCM) from TUV Australia Hellas. I learned the inner workings of organizations and to have sense of responsibility. My final Year Project Study of CrN coating on 316-SS produced by Physical vapor deposition Technique for Bio medical Applications which includes “Metallography, Surface Morphologies, Corrosion Testing, Hardness Test, Coating Thickness Measurement, Sem Analyses and Coating Adhesion test”. Now I will publish a paper on it soon, I am working on it. I have also worked on an industrial project in which I found the chemical composition of Bronze alloy by Wet analyses technique.
