Project: Green Field Stadium, Karyavattom, Trivandrum: India’s first DBOT Stadium Project executing by IL& FS Township &Urban Assets Limited (ITUAL). The upcoming stadium will meet FIFA & ICC requirements. ITUAL has selected AGT India Private Ltd for the Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of an Integrated Security Solutions ("ISS") and Information and Communication Technology solution ("ICT")for the stadium. This Program includes the subsystems of CCTV, Access Control, Parking Management system, BMS, Score Board, Video Wall, Sound Management System, Public Address System, Fire Alarm System, IT Infrastructure, and Telecommunication.
Roles & Responsibilities
Being the owner of the program, responsible to drive and manage client relationships, maintain effective communication and working relationships with customer, suppliers, financial controllers, supply chain and technical team and reporting to Project Director at HQ. Responsible from Project Kick off to System Acceptance & Sign off. Taking a lead role for coordinating with internal departments for raising proposal to customer, RFP to suppliers, processing of the supplier invoice and invoicing to the customer.

Ms. AEPL is Small Scale industry, were we manufactures and suppliers of Uninterrupted Power Supplies and Solar Renewable Energy Products and Implementing Solar PV Projects for Home and Small Business, with 50+ human work forces.
My role is to Lead Company’s Solar PV Project Execution, Manufacturing Operations, Customer Support, Vendor Development, Procurement, Material Management, Quality and Budget Planning. Leading a team strength of 30+

Ms. PCS Technology Ltd is an IT service company with their network in PAN India and HO at Mumbai. Company was partners for Ms. Huawei, Ms. Ericson, Ms. ZTE & Ms. NEC for BTS and MW implementation projects and we did implementation project for the telecom operators - Aircel, Docomo, MTS, BSNL, Airtel and Idea, through our partner companies.
I was responsible for all project activities in Kerala Circle - Business Development, Circle Financials, Business Plan, Project Scheduling & Delivery, Resource Deployment, Vendor Development & Management, MIS Reports, Training, Documentation and Commercials. Our team strength was 20+

Ms. i9 Infocom Pvt Ltd is a Telecom Service provider, with HO at Chennai. Responsible for Company’s operations in Kerala Circle which includes Project Management, Customer Interaction, Vendor Development & Management, Resource Deployment, Quality, Training, Documentation and Billing. We participated for Vodafone, MTS and Tata Indicom projects through NSN and ZTE. Leaded a team of 15 engineers, + technicians.

With Concept Solution, I started my career as Customer Support Coordinator and promoted as manager after 2 years. Responsible for business development, Customer Relation, Vendor development, Technical Support to team members and Commercial Activities for Computer Hardware, Networking & IT Support Business.

Was involved in all QA activities, quality control, launching product testing & evaluation. Our company was a leading manufacturer of computer Hard Ware, Monitors, Terminals, Terminal Servers, Mother Board and Thin Client Stations. Coordinate for all ISO procedure in QA department.

Job includes supervision of a group of skilled and non skilled workers, taking care of production as well as quality control where we were assembling Circuit Boards, FRA & Transformers for BPL Groups of companies.

Worked on DTAX & C Dot Telecommunication Equipments in Quality Assurance Department.
