As an HR Officer my duties and responsibilities are.
- Reports Directly to the General Manager and the HR/Admin Manager
- Over all in-charge of HR activities
- Employee relation; attends to the queries of the employees regarding company policies and procedures, processed performance evaluation and increment, on boarding procedures and off boarding procedures such as exit interview.
- Compensation and Benefits; attends to the queries regarding procedures of Health Benefits, Bank accounts and government issue ID, processed renewal of contract of the employees.
- Account checking regarding salary and billing statement.
- Conducts surveys on employees regarding safety awareness, efficient and cost related issues.
- Payroll and timekeeping; supports and counter checks payroll sheets for final checking for monthly salary, ensures all timecard are submitted on time by maintaining proper channel to every site in-charge personnel.
- Camp and accommodation administration; ensures that all employees are being treated well regarding their housing and food supplies;
- Maintaining proper communications and channels with Petro Rabigh regarding policies and issues that needs to be discussed with employees.
- Coordinate with suppliers (supply manpower and material suppliers) regarding invoices and payments. Counter checks the invoices for correct billing statement.

-Attends to the queries of the employee regarding company policies and salary issues
-Act as the HR in Charge in approving Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Emergency Leave and Exit of employees
-In charge of drafting memorandum, disciplinary actions, salary increment and promotion of employees (with knowledge of salary bracketing)
-Reports directly to the HR Manager and Managing Director.
