Responsible for Business Development, Business Strategy and Daily Operations within Iraq and Kurdistan. Responsible for complete P&L, revenue and quality targets. Agreeing the annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan. Creating and delivering monthly, quarterly and annual targets for revenue, profits and cash. Producing business performance reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Accountable for the overall management and development of the DeFacto stores in the assigned regions. Responsible for delivering sales and profit targets. Conducting market surveys along with the regional expansion and business development plans. Identifying potential new locations and overseeing the construction phases of all new stores (Stand alone and in malls).
Negotiating and agreeing on all terms and conditions of the lease agreements. Operating a total GLA of 17, 500+ sq meters (retail space).

Responsible for the daily operations of the 11 stores, ensuring the brand guidelines and standards are being implemented and followed. Coaching, training and development of the team. Managing the inventory allocations and distributions within the territory. Following the Marketing and Promotional directives for the region and ensuring the brand image and presence remains dominant regionally. Setting the targets and forecasts, overseeing the projects, renovations and development plans. Controlling shrinkage's and expenses. Total P&L accountability.
Directed activities for 72 stores with a team of 2 country managers 3 Area Managers, 68 Shop Managers and 380+ Sales Associates. (Total 450+ staff)

Developed a clearance sale plan to reduce accumulated damaged stocks from a period of over 2 years in the warehouse / 22, 000 units.
