- I worked with an array of all kind of different projects starting from simple Word document project to complicated website translation projects supported by different CMS’s.
- Initiate and review quotes/ requests from clients
- Establishing project definitions, schedules, and developing and tracking project budgets
- Assembling teams of freelance translators and editors for each project
- Working with vendors to ensure quality implementation and strict adherence to timelines
- Provide customer service and vendor support
- Performing 3rd level QA on projects, customizing and implementing quality assurance procedures and managing QA process and compliance
- Assembling and verifying project files for final delivery to clients
- Using translation such as Trados.

- Responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships; serving as a primary day-to-day contact for external clients
- Mainly working with very demanding clients based in The Middle East.
- I work with an array of engineering skills including pre and post engineering for MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Frame Maker, In Design as well as translation memory management.
