Manpower Forecasting & Planning
* Strategize the long / short term directions by forecasting future manpower requirements.
* Plan and develop Manpower Requirement Chart and prepare the Human Resource Requirement of LAP (Look Ahead Projects)

Succession Planning
* Locate and map the competence required to fill / succeed any particular competence.
* Manage the database of the competence and plan for contingency as part of succession planning program
* Recommend the availability and location of the particular competency in need and intimate the SBU.
Grievance Handling & Settlement, Employee Welfare & Retention
* Handle the grievance of both staff & technicians and advise / carry out corrective actions as per the policy guidelines.
* Counsel the employees and furnish the feedback on the mindset / desire of the employees as part of the retention program.
