1: Implementation of Health, Safety & Environment
procedures.
2: Assessing the requirement and organizing
Internal/ External training to the employees.
3: Attending the meetings with clients for HSE
issues, performances and further implementing
the new HSE strategies
4: Management representative for ISO & OSHAS
Certification for the company
5: Prepare Incident and Injury prevention Plan, Fire
Prevention Plan, relevant forms and permits,
Toolbox Talk on the specific subjects.
6: Advice Management on all matters pertaining to
safety and health including compliance with
QCS and OSHA
7:Investigate and report all reportable accidents:
internally to relevant persons, and externally to
the relevant authorities
8: Conducting inspections and audits of the sites to
monitor the HSE performance of the HSE
officers and site HSE implementations.
9: Brief and instruct sub-contractors on the safety
and health procedures and instructions that
they and their employees are required to
comply with.
10: Organize internal audit, record the findings
, and corrections as necessary.
11: Ensure smooth functioning of medical and basic
facilities both in the site and accommodation
