• Leading a Planning team.
• Development of Level-IV plan on Primavera P6 in accordance with the Client Lev-III plan and Schedule Milestones.
• Preparing Manpower (Direct & Indirect), Equipment & Vehicles Deployment in line with Project Schedule and Productivity norms.
• Preparing daily, Weekly & Monthly progress reports against the baseline plan using ‘S’ Curves and Histograms. Raise Flags for the areas behind Schedule and look for recovery solution in consultation with Construction team.
• Involvement in the development of Project Contract and ensuring that no work is performed out of Scope.
• Responsible for explaining the scope of work to execution team so that no extra work is performed prior to extra work approval / acknowledgment from client.
• Letters writing to client for the delays in Material unavailability held work front and any other issue that affect the productivity and may result in cost overruns for the Company.
• Conduction of daily meeting with execution team and enquiring about the daily target and getting update on the Site Constraints for effective resolution with Construction/Project Manager.
• Attending weekly meetings with client for progress review and conveying the issues that need client’s immediate action
• Preparation Project Budget Rev-01 Based on the Rev-00 from Proposal department as well as the Deployment plotted in the Level-IV plan
• Preparation of Latest forecast or Balance cost to complete the project based on the latest project schedule.
• Conduction of monthly meeting with Project Manger in order to make sure that project under control not only in terms of schedule as well as in cost also
• Preparation of Monthly progress invoices based on the monthly achieved progress
• Preparation of Contract variation orders based on the extra works executed
• Responsible for the Successful mobilization of Subcontractors.
• Verification of Subcontractor invoices.
• Production planning as per the order received
• Indent raw materials purchasing request as per the planned schedule
• Monitoring of Production during each shift and prepare the comparison reports
• Arrangement of meeting with production Leader and Production manager based on the latest production report
• Preparation of delivery schedule based on the production as well as the client requirement
• Prepare weekly and monthly production reports and submit to Production Manager and Director
• Responsible for the maintenance scheduling of Equipments.
• To coordinate for an effective implementation of mechanical maintenance system at plant which should eliminate/minimize the breakdowns
