• Work on the employees file creation, update their data and follow up with their attendance.
• Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and/or other regulations or legislation.
• Updated key human resource metrics, including turnover and terminations, using reporting tools on the HRMS database.
• Super User of ORACLE Applications (Self-Service, Employee attendance, Recruitment).
• Coordinate communication of compensation and benefits information to employees and other HR groups.
• Set up candidates’ examination and support the recruitment with setting up the qualification for the potential candidates.
• Training instructor for tasks associated with the department, execute and plan for projects.
• Quality check to maintain and enhance the firm’s standard
• Preparing the engagement letter and the bank confirmation.
• Prepare all the pre-auditing works to make sure the consistency of the financial statements with the country and the company regulations and standards.
• Promoting and marketing for client’s new products/ services releases campaigns.
• Customer service, helping them and solve any products related issue to them.
• Organizing and managing large events in Jordan.
