Startup new applications of SC like; VTS and Validate existed applications and ERP.
Monitor& Analyze regular Financial reports& effectiveness on SC operation like, Operational expenses (Fixed Vs. Variables), CAPEX, etc….

Establish, Maintain and validate SOPs of category Management for suppliers, Material, warehouses, and stakeholders.
Establish, Maintain, follow-up SOPs of warehouses Management to ensure its organized& arranged. Work Progress is run, on the other hand, warehouse should be complying with quality Assurance& Governments standards to prevent undesirable’s actions.
Establish, Maintain Follow-up Inventory Management to prevent stocks variances, and avoid NCRs.
Follow Up processes of warehouses& inventory to ensure inventory is accurate, count process is systemized. Code of items as per SC policy, compliance for FIFO. LIFO, HACCP, GMP, ISO22000, GRN, GIN, Shipping order, Sales order is must.
Follow-up Performance of Supply Chain through clear& deterministic KPI’s like, Reduce Inventory, reduce order Cost, Better Forecast Accuracy, reduce lead time, OOS Value, returns& Damaged Value; best Prices Vs. Best Quality, short lead time; etc.…....
Design, Maintain, Follow-up Logistic processes like Items Allocation Plan, Fleet Master plan, Distribution schedule, Shipping schedule of imported and local, Custom clearness, & ensure its KPIs are achieved.
Design, Maintain, Follow-up supply chain report regularly, ensure listed information is accurate and up to date.
Follow-Up statement of accounts, pending payment for supplier to avoid any constraints will effect on projects or work progress due to delay of material delivery.
KPI’s: - Reduce 25% from annual stock value. Reduce Near to expire value by 15% from last year; Lead-time of overseas Material around 45 days, reduce purchasing Value by 3%, OOS less than 0.05%
Develop SC strategies that complying with corporate directions& situations.
Start-up restructuring process for Supply Chain Department from initiate SC chart, hiring staff, SOP’s development, control implementation plan and achieved proposed objectives of restructuring process.
Support, coordinate with others corporate entities to initiate planning concept and its sub-tools like procurement plan, MRP of projects.

Follow up stocks of Items in warehouses and purchasing material process with suppliers.
Follow- up supply the finish goods from plant to customer in regular approach to meet customer satisfaction& close orders.
Monitor operation of machines and equipment’s to maintain quality of products and Items& CCPs to avoid defects.
Monitor& analyze cost of products, other expenses to save company margin profits.
Improve operation cycles, train Plant employees, efficiency, utilization of resources.
