 Direct reporting to Group Chairman/Managing Director/General Manager.
 Manage the daily operations of the HR & ADMIN department.
 Review the existing company policies and develop them in line with the changing business demands.
 Manage the business requirements & implementation phases of ERP - HR module.
 Manage the monthly payroll.
 Propose new company structures.
 Advise the top management about the employees' motivational and loyalty programs to avoid losing the company assets and implement success plans and knowledge transfer for all key positions.
 Prepare a salary grade system which includes payable and benefits’ details.
 Propose annual performance evaluation practice (KPI Based) and link it with any promotional, development, replacement and increment within the Group.
 Coordinate with all business units' directors to implement the new manpower policy withing the Group.
 Supervise the annual training plan for the whole Group and communicate with all directors to ensure that all employees have the required training to improve their performance and skills.
General Administration Services Scope of Work:
 Manage the entire fit-out work within head office premises.
 Manage the housekeeping, reception, fleet, office facilities, office supplies and stationery.
 Manage the Group Medical Insurance Policies (Private Medical, Workmen Compensation & Life Insurance)

HR, ADMIN & Project Manager - Fusion Outsourcing & Services LLC:
Completed Project: Qatar Airways Project / outsourcing services agreement for deploying around 1, 500 personnel
Ongoing Project: Doha Bank / outsourcing services agreement for deploying up to 150 personnel
From March 2022 till today; I have been appointed as HR, ADMIN & Project Manager in one of the Group Subsidiary - Fusion Outsourcing & Services LLC.
 Manage the entire mobilization and demobilization of the assigned projects.
 Review and develop all MEMO’s, workflows, procedures and policies related to the said projects.
 Manage the employee relations & welfare related issues and ensure all are solved without fail.
 Manage the employees’ inductions, joining formalities, QID issuance, FHC, salary related issues, discipline actions and exit interviews.
 Execute weekly & monthly reports to the General Manager to ensure all project mobilization aspects are timely addressed and reported with suggestions of action plans if needed.
 Review and develop the employee handbook to ensure that all required information is mentioned.
 Manage the HR & ADMIN related functions within Fusion Outsourcing & Services LLC.

 Direct Reporting to Managing Director/General Manager.
 Manage the HR department of Al Jameel Medical Services Group with all its subsidiaries (Gulf Laboratory & Radiology, Al Arabi Radiology & Laboratory Center, Al Jameel Medical Center & Al Marmar Real estate)
 Closely managing the following HR functions: Recruitment, Employee Relation, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Training & Development, Performance Management, Governmental Relations and welfare related matters.
 Manage the ERP (HR Module) two phases: Requirement & implementation.
 Policies & Procedures: (8 years’ experience in creating & developing policies)
 Create the required policies to adapt with the business from scratch.
 Analyze the existing policies and prepare the gap analysis.
 Prepare an action plan includes policies that need to be developed and policies that need to be created from scratch.
 Develop the policies that need to be amended as business needs.
 Present and discuss the policies’ changes and new ones with the board and do amendment if needed.
 Finalize the policies with the approved form from the Quality Dept.
 Circulate the new policies and amended ones to all staff.
Created and developed almost 25 policies to comply with the accreditation standards (JCI).
 IN-Charge for the HR Chapter of JCI Accreditation Project (successfully passed JCI mock survey - Feb 2020).
 Close managing the succession planning for key staff and ensuring that process is done properly at the agreed time with line managers and top management.
 Ensure the compliance with Qatari Labor Law, welfare standards & Ministry of Public Health in all HR related functions.
 Create a checklist for HR department to be checked monthly by relevant HR staff under the supervision of HR manager to ensure:
 Compliance with labor law
 Compliance with employment/recruitment policies
 Maintain up-to-date files/records of company and staff.
 Applying all other HR related policies and procedures (like leave, termination, training policies)
 Conduct bi-annual audit/inspection under the supervision of quality assurance department for the administration, operation and supply chain departments.
 Follow the ISO and Quality dept. standard procedure of documentation when needed to change any existing policy, filing employees related personal documents.
 Suggest and implement staff retention plans to ensure manpower coverage and stability all the time.
 Manage and supervise the performance management process from setting up the objectives (SMART Objectives Methods) for all staff to conducting the bi-annual and annual assessments.
 Participate in creating/improving the manual, procedures and workflow for all departments.
 Lead managements meetings and manage MOM and follow up action plan with all business units’ directors.
 Advise the top management with proper options of organization restructuring and organization to cope with the pandemic situation of COVID 19.
General Administration & Operations Scope of Work:
 Manage the company fleet related functions.
 Manage the housekeeping staff and ensure ISO procedures are implemented.
 Temporarily manage the facility department (during lack of OPS Director)
 Achievements since joining:
 Reduce Annual Turnover ratio.
 Develop employees’ master file with all required data.
 Implement the auditing concept and procedures within the organization with the support of the Quality department.
 Implement and manage the annual appraisal system for all staff and link it to reward solutions.
 Implement new forms, policies (from scratch) and procedures (HR Workflow Manual)

 Running payroll completely through ERP within 3 months from installation date.

 Direct Reporting to Middle East CEO/Country Manager.
 Created and maintained records for all staff.
 Initiate, implement & develop the HR-related policies (from scratch).
 Direct contact with all recruitment agencies to maintain a proper onboarding plan for any newly awarded project.
 Manage the daily tasks for company PROs for all related immigration, E-GOV and labor department procedures and avoid any financial loss by paying penalties.
 Manage the entire staff-mobilization process to ensure projects startup dates are met as per the agreed date with clients. This includes the whole onboarding process of: issuing visas, executing medical tests outside & inside Qatar, booking tickets, accommodation & transportation arrangements, issuing the required official documents for newly-joined staff to ensure their readiness for the projects they assigned for, arrange the required induction programs whether to company policies & procedures or the ones required by clients and then hand-over all remaining responsibilities to the in-charge operations director on site.
 Managing and inducting the orientation programs for the new arrival along with the Quality department.
 Working on staff retention by implementing motivation programs, performance appraisal system, salary reviews and enhances the internal transfer module.
 Prepare and control the HR department monthly and annual budget along with the finance manager.
 Implement the welfare procedures and conduct staff meeting regularly within their work sites & accommodation and do regular visits (weekly) to sites to solve staff-related issues & complaints.
 Support implementation of the internal audit process for all departments of the company along with QHSE manager.
 Submit weekly & monthly reports to CEO for the status of project mobilization & manpower planning.

Administration Scope of Work:
 Support in finding staff accommodation and maintenance related work.
 Maintain good condition of staff accommodation and do random inspections to ensure matching the accommodation policies.
 Manage the entire labor camps and staff flats within Doha.
 Manage the company fleet and all logistics related matters.

- Managing a team of 2 passport officers, 3 PROs, 2 administrative clerks, 1 Government Licenses’ officer, phone operator and office boy.
- Being the key employee in Administration Dept. and playing the role of main coordinator for the whole ABA group companies in all ADMIN & Immigration related matters. (18 separate ABA companies & 4 affiliated companies)
- Investigate & solve all pending issues in Admin for all ABA companies.
- Help in continually reviewing and setting up improvements to current procedures.
- Supervising & reviewing the issuing of all company official letters in Arabic & English.
- Manage the implementation of reporting Systems within the set deadlines.

- Prepare & induct regular training for all ADMIN coordinators to keep them well informed & updated with the last immigration policies & procedures.

 Preparing all kinds of company correspondence with the Mall outlets, governmental establishments & other companies.
 Issuing official MEMOs to the Mall tenants for all purposes.
 Supervise and follow up all construction works inside the Mall.
 Make a daily inspection and make sure there is no snag in the Mall externally & internally.
 Managing a comprehensive filing system to organize company files and other office paper-works.
 Interacting & coordinate with mall customers & outlets management at various levels for different purposes.
 In-charge for the company transportation (drivers, vehicles & staff transportation)
 Managing a team of 3 customer service representatives (set objectives, time duties, evaluation ...etc)
 Initiate new ideas & plans to improve the Mall customer service point.
 Handle all kinds of Customers’ complaints.
 Execute most of the purchase orders for offices & Mall supplies.
 Assist the HR & ADMIN Manager in setting up the department budget & objectives.
 Be a replacement for the Mall Operations Manager for 8 months (handle the security staff & all other operational issues)
 Be the main in-charge for all special events inside the Mall like Circus, fun zone during holidays, Religious lectures …etc.
 Coordinate with the Police officers, Traffic dept, CID agents, and other governmental officers for different issues.
 Share in the monthly inspection visits for all Mall outlets.
 Make sure all pending operational issues with the Mall outlets are done.

 Reporting Direct to the Executive Manager.
 Prepare & execute all kinds of company official correspondences in Arabic & English.
 Issue internal MEMOs & Circular Notes.
 Prepare monthly ADMIN report to the General Manager.
 Initiate & create new ADMIN formats to be used in the company.
