• Quote/tendering new project based on specifications and authorities requirements.
• Using AutoCAD to prepare 2D CAD models including technical drawings, assembly drawings, workshop drawings, project drawings, as-built and wiring diagrams.
• Provide support for the production team during the manufacturing process.
• Review design, specifications, compliance and production.
• Prepare Bill of Material (BOM) as per project requirements.
• Process warranty claims related to Perkins, Leroy Somer, Meccalte & Deepsea as per manufacturer warranty guidelines.
• Maintain records of customer details, evaluate database and complete all data entry for warranty claims and filings.
• Preparation of detail design documents as per client specifications and standards.
• Preparation of panel arrangement, SLD, schematic drawings, interface drawings, bus bar drawings, fiber optic drawings and interconnection wiring diagrams.
• Preparation of architectural drawings for SCMS (Substation Control and Monitoring System).
• Preparation of schematic and general arrangement for RTU panel and container drawings.
• Update as-built drawings, modify and make revisions for existing drawings.
• Prepare design calculations, BOM, assembly and detail drawings for production purposes.
• Prepare connection table, wiring diagrams, single line diagrams, cable rack routes, supports, cable schedule, conduit pipe routing, lighting arrangements, etc. for electrical erection projects such as cement plants, power plants, chemical plants, FGD (Flue Gas and Desulfurization) and fertilizer plants.
• Prepare drawings such as process flow, anchor plans, assembly and planning drawings for chutes, ducts, piping and supports (CDPS).
• Prepare Hull Design Construction drawings for various types of ship.
• Prepare detail drawings of hull construction for production.
• Update as-built, modify and make revisions for existing drawings.
