Responsible for the delivery of all commercial services, contracts and procurement of Outer Regions and Neom Bay programs. Responsible for providing leadership and direction to the project based commercial teams and maintaining an excellent working relationship and a high degree of trust with both the Client Team and internal Regional Management Executive.

 Leading a team of contract managers, contract administrators and quantity surveyors.
 Managing the contract, reviewing claims & variations orders, service orders and work orders to contractors and consultants, invoice management and reporting and estimation of construction costs and reporting.
 Leading meetings between Employer and Contractors/Design Consultants.
 Managing the preparation of procurement documents, RFP’s to tenderers, and coaching Client for selection of tenderers.
 Budget establishment, reporting and management, cashflow forecasting, reporting and management,
 Mentor, lead and develop staff within the Commercial Division.

Provide independent Estimating services and Peer Reviews in Public Sector Projects (rails/ highways/airports) for key governmental Clients like CDPQ Infra, Infrastructure Ontario, Metrolinx & PSGC.

 Mentor, lead and develop staff within the Cost Estimating Division.
 Lead the development of Cost Proposals, Bids & Tenders for Cost Estimating across Ontario, Quebec and wider North America region.
 Practical understanding of construction technology & methodology and develop optioneering proposals to Clients.
 Ability to maximize the use of appropriate cost estimating software such as CostX for the preparation of Cost Reports and data base.
 Develop and build long term client relationships which results in repeat business, referrals and service expansion including up-sells & cross-sells across other Business Units within the company.
 Lead the implementation of approved business plans and act as Champion for these initiatives within the team.

Manage the overseas proposals and tendering department and undertake pre & post contract award
commercial/contract management responsibilities in relation to large infrastructure projects and mainly roads,
bridges, rails and tunnels
Managing bid proposals covering various types of bridges construction techniques (span by span precast
beams/segments, balance cantilever cast insitu & precast segments, incremental launch long segments) and tunnel
construction techniques (TBM, full face drill & blast, NATM rock breaker excavation). Deliver visionary leadership to
commercial/contract personnel to improve efficiency in administrating overseas construction projects with a keen
focus on delivering projects within restricted timelines and budgetary constraints. Lead post contract award
commercial management operations and monitor preparation & review of claims in compliance with valuation of
works, extension of time (EOT), disruption, prolongation, loss and expense, and liquidated damages. Maintain
consistent collaboration with construction team, engineering team, and contract team.
My main achievements include the award of the following tenders:
 Design & Build of Rzeszow - Babica - S19 Express Way (Tunnel Package excluding MEP and Finishing)- Poland,
152 M. USD.
 Design & build of S 61 Express Way Ostrów Mazowiecka-Poland, 112 M.USD.
 Modernized D1 Motorway, usek 12 -Czech Republic, 69 M.USD.
 Played a key role in attaining award of EOT claim of worth so far $ 15M. USD to the Company.
 Establish a Responsibility Assignment Matrix ( RAM) for the purpose of ensuring full integration between
project controls, contract administration, and construction functions for the purpose of improving the
contract administration and claim preparation processes of S61 and D1 motorway projects awarded to the
Company.
 Manage the contract administration and claim preparation processes of S61 and D1 motorway projects
following FIDIC procedure, for the aim of ensuring a full integration between the project controls, engineering
and construction functions within these projects.
 Implement a process for unifying the risks & opportunities register between the estimation, procurement &
project control units, where all the necessary information related to risks & opportunities encountered during
the execution of the construction activities were integrated in the estimation process. Consequently, the bid
proposals were further optimized and tuned prior to be submitted & discussed it with the company GM,
during the bids closing sessions.

Ensured bid estimation & proposals of projects within restricted timelines and budgetary constraints by directing team
of engineers, planners & quantity surveyors.
Managed estimation & proposals units for MENA & GCC countries with a keen focus on accomplishing designated
business goals. Played a key role in planning and development of tenders and prequalification regarding long
distance rails, bridges, express highways, stadiums, hotels, metro stations architectural package, iconic buildings,
and hospitals.
My main achievements include the award of the following tenders:
 Design & Build of Elevated Viaducst and Elevated Stations for Mumbai Metro - Line 2B-India, 295 M. USD.
 Hamad International Airport Metro Station & Switch Box- Qatar, 250 M. USD.
 Design & Build of Route 2020 Metro Rail (Deck only)- UAE, 110 M.USD.
 Red Line North Elevated & At Grade Metro-Qatar, 610 M. USD.
