• Initializing the design of the HVAC system and heat load and ventilation calculation using the latest Carrier HAP software in reference to the ASHRAE Standard, RSAF specs, and BAE requirements, including the initial and final HVAC design layout.

• Initializing the Perform external static pressure calculation for Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, & Exhaust Fans based on the ASHRAE standard calculation method.

• Perform pump head calculations pertaining to the ASHRAE standard method of calculation.

• Create BOQ/MTO for the complete HVAC system, which are not limited to equipment and materials.

• Select, review, and approve all HVAC equipment and materials that will be used in the site for construction.

• Create and submit for approval the HVAC material submittals based upon the project specifications.

• A key player in site construction and coordination with various site disciplines and consultants.

• Team lead for the testing and commissioning of HVAC and Building Management Systems (BMS).

• Supports the QC department in inspecting and acquiring necessary documents and approval from the client or consultant for the HVAC materials required for site implementation.

• Raise purchase requests and purchase orders, including the technical build evaluations.

• Responsible for reviewing wiring diagrams, sequence of operation, and I/O list for the BMS or Fault Signaling System.

• Led the team of draftsmen and estimators in implementing the company's standard process and procedure.

• Training newly hired employees on the process and procedure per company standards.

• Coordination with the main branch (Australia) in process improvement, resource, and project management.

• Led the mechanical and HVAC departments in project coordination, site construction, implementation, and quality control.

• Performs drawing review and proofreading, material quantity take-off, material approvals, and secure site inspection approval from consultants and clients.

• Project coordination to ensure all the deliverables and site installation are on track with the management project schedule.

• Conduct ocular and site inspections for our various clients and initiate infra-structure layout and design in accordance with the HVAC requirements.

• Provide the client with detailed heat load calculation, equipment electrical load, and HVAC design layout as per the client's requirements.

• Key personnel in coordinating HVAC requirements with the client’s sub-contractors, engineers, architects, and consultants prior to site implementation.

• Analyze drawings from OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and apply manufacturing optimization techniques for cost savings, productivity, and functionality.

• Detail modelling of parts and assembly using the latest 3D and 2D CAD software such as Solidworks and Catia.

• Support the Quality Control and Assurance team for internal product sample testing.
