iQser is proud to announce that Ron Brandt is joining its executive team as Chief Operating Officer.
Ron joins iQser from Taser International, where he served as Executive Vice President of products and services. Under his leadership, Taser International reconceptualized its global business model, introduced a disruptive cloud-based revenue stream, and revitalized its stagnating business - turning Taser International into one of the most innovative digitalization product and service suppliers for law enforcement agencies around the world.
As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Brandt will provide leadership, management and vision, as he drives growth-focused strategies to create and sustain worldwide operations, including product and service portfolio expansion, flexible cloud services, as well as global sales, delivery and support channels. He will work closely with clients to monitor client satisfaction levels and deliver added value to every client and partner.
Ron Brandt serves as TASER's Executive Vice President of Products and Services managing our international division. Working from TASER's International Headquarter office in Amsterdam, Ron's responsibilities include business management and development of international markets, product and service strategy, and business and strategy consulting for EVIDENCE.com (SaaS), primarily in the areas of cloud strategy, architecture, and security.
The company is the leading provider of ICT solutions and telecommunications services, including IP services, network services, voice and data communications.
Inducted as Senior Project Manager and charted a growth curve to merit promotion to the post of Chief Technical Officer.

Key Responsibilities as Chief Technical Officer (November 2009 - Present):
• Leading strategic technological planning by prioritizing technology initiatives within the organization and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technologies.
• Examining and identifying appropriate technology platforms for application framework development and implementation, thus delivering efficient ICT solutions to the clients.
• Establishing and supervising software development process, setting short-term objectives and assessing progress as per the selected software development methodology. Monitoring quality assurance process for system integration and testing.
• Analyzing and improving technology standards across the organization to maintain a technological and competitive edge in the market.
• Conducting research to remain up-to-date and knowledgeable with regards to industry trends and emerging technologies in anticipation of new business processes and system alterations.
Key Responsibilities as Senior Project Manager (February 2008 - November 2009):
• Spearheaded IT projects by coordinating laterally between diverse technical teams and vertically across management hierarchy to seamlessly implement - project rollouts, management systems and process enhancements.
• Defined, analyzed and documented application requirements and business process flows, obtained client consensus on project deliverables, cost, milestones and schedules to delineate project approach/ scope.
• Created project implementation plans, project schedules, assigned tasks to team members for on-time delivery of client deliverables. Ensured accurate estimates are prepared for maintenance, enhancement and development work.
• Administered security and access control policies to build and maintain an IT infrastructure that delivers information in a reliable, secure, timely and cost effective manner.
