-weekly/mothly reporting
-accident/inciddent investigation and reporting
-daily toolbox talks conducted to the workforce
-safety alerts and campagins held bi-weekly or monthly
-observation's documentation, action taken and follow up
-ensure workforce wears the required PPE during work and follows safe system to work
-give HSE approval for permit to work and ensure work follows as per task risk control methods.
-Praticipating in Task Risk Analysis.
-conducting HSE inductions for new workers/visitors/wrokers being sent to site.
