Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for ordering Renault vehicles.
Gathers and consolidates sales forecasts for all showrooms/locations.
Arranges and attends the order meeting.
Facilitates and handles the VOA ordering system during the order discussion.
Prepares order sheet approval for management and owners approval.
Prepares order summary to be sent to Renault Middle East.
Checks and acknowledges order confirmation from the Manufacturer - colors and additional options should be tallied to the order summary that we’ve forwarded to them.
Prepares vehicle ordering in the system.
Creates new models and variants in Kerridge as per model specifications.
Creates VSB’s (Reference Number of vehicle) in Kerridge.
Updates vehicle details in Kerridge (manual updating of chassis, engine, colors and trims, etc.).
Prepares internal documentation for payment release for received shipments.
Updates selling prices in Kerridge.
Handles cost sheet requests from the Sales Department for management approval.
Understands and adhere to relevant company policies pertaining to every job carried out.
Updates weekly damaged vehicles reports and forward it to designated person/location for them to update the ready and fixed vehicles.
Receives call from sales team and assists them in regards with the vehicles in stock and on order.
Receives call from PDI section, workshop and body shop from different locations and helps them in their enquiries (i.e.: key number request, pushing accessory line to respective location, giving vehicle details from the system).
Adjusts and creates necessary lines in the system if required. (i.e.: Stock cost averaging).
Carry out duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by General Manager, Logistics Manager and Brand Managers (Nissan, Infiniti and Renault).
Prepares daily sales report and target.
Send weekly sales reports and month end report to Renault Middle East.
Downloads data in the system (every month end) - Invoiced vehicles, in stock and on order, and credit notes.
Prepares reports (in stock and pending order) to ensure healthy stock position and availability.
Send updated selling prices to Brand Manager whenever asked.
Prepares memo whenever needed (Internal and external).
Vehicle costing and stock taking for Nissan and Infiniti vehicles.
Update status of damaged vehicles in Kerridge.
Meet deadlines with 100% accuracy.
Processes vehicle reservation request through e-mail from all showrooms.
Extends vehicle reservation upon the request from all showroom administrators.
Handles Vehicle Costing (Foreign and Local Costing) for Nissan, Infiniti and Renault.
Handles Vehicle stock taking for Nissan, Infiniti and Renault.
