Core Responsibilities
- Evaluation of tender document.
- Study/review of tender documents, scope of work, drawings, BOQ,
specifications and client’s requirements from the tender documents for
proper estimation works.
- Preparing technical queries for ambiguities in drawings, specifications and
BOQ.
- Familiar with equipment selections.
- Familiar with preparing BOM for Piping and other major accessories HVAC
items.
- Follow up with the supplier/sub-contractor to obtain quotation in time,

- Prepare value engineering, when required/ permitted.
- Performed load calculations, accurately calculating the major accessories of
HVAC.
- Attend Pre-Tender meetings and Site visits.
- Assist to estimator and quantity surveyors.
- Attend meetings, trainings as scheduled or organized by management.
- Responsible for implement and maintaining the Quality management system
for Estimation work.
- Prepare request for information and send to the main contractor and
consultant.
- Accurately take-off quantities from Drawings.

- Prepared proposals & cost break downs.
- Estimate project costs, create Quotations, and close sales for commercial
HVAC systems and components such as Air Handling Units, Condensing
Units & Fan Coil Units, Insulation and copper pipes and fitting.
- Coordinating sub-contractor’s schedules.
- Assisted in the manufacture and testing of components assemblies and
systems as required.
- Interfaced closely with local engineering quality and production to solve
supplier related issues
- Reviews planned orders, create requisitions for purchased items, and
manage approval process.

Estimate project costs, create Quotations and close sales for commercial HVAC systems and components such as Air handling Units, Condensing Units & Fan Coil Units, Insulation and copper pipes and fitting.
Coordinating sub-contractors schedules.
Working closely with contractors & engineers to ensure the successful completion of the project.
Resolving construction and/or design related issues that arise throughout the project.
Preparation of technical submittal for compliance to relevant standards and specifications.
Provide sales support such as arranging delivery and ensuring the units are delivered in the time without any hindrances.
Interfaces with Product Line Planning Manager to plan and prioritize purchasing activities.
Reviews planned orders, create requisitions for purchased items, and manage approval process.
Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase orders and supporting documents to supplier.
Tracks order acknowledgement, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers.
Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.
Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; reports nonconformance’s.
Leads finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies.
Contributes to consolidation, reduction, and rationalization of the local supplier base.
