• Works with documents such as engineering drawings, inspection instructions, confidentiality agreements, material specifications and mixing instructions.
• Develop and implement processes related to document control and management.
• Checking quality of documents.
• Monitoring processes.
• Producing listings.
• Setting up project filling systems.
• Teaming up with other documentation groups.
• Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
• Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
• Generate the various document control reports as required.
• Typing of site documents, and follow up of all the site needs
• Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable
• Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly
• Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
• Attend meetings and keep minutes
• Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Make travel arrangements for executives
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
• Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
• Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
tasks is to ensure that the daily operation of the branch is always at the smooth phase. Conducts quality check for all the products being served among the guests and review service quality given among our valued customers at all times.
For almost 2 years experties of handling and monitoring the company’s most important asset, the Inventory, I was enable to control and minimize company’s direct operating costs, thus contributing to the increase of it’s profitability which ensures it’s stability for more years.Ordering of stocks, maintaining par level for inventory, analyzing slow moving items to avoid too much food costs are my major task.
