- Drawing up the plan for achieving sales targets by exploring the opportunity for new business from the existing jobs & from new customer.

•Monitoring Mean Time Between Failure & Mean Time to repair of equipments and trending the same as preventive action to eliminate the cause of similar type of failure
•Ensuring timely attendance of all guest complaints to reduce the downtime
•Planning & carrying out of seasonal shutdown works
•Planning of material movement to ensure the availability of required spare to reduce downtime
•Co-ordination with other department & government authorities to ensure the availability & proper integration of system as per the requirement,
