- Oversee Industrial Development Center (Royal Commission SME Center) which led to attract entrepreneurs to start their business inside JTI incubators and graduated successfully to the real market.

- Promote JTI's graduates in Saudi labor market which led to hire 92% of the institute graduated technicians and operators.

- Reduce operation cost of payroll department by transferring payslips from paper to system.
