Supply Chain Manager
• Material flow are as per validated methods / procedures and are followed.
• Maintain all processes of materials receiving
• All logbooks updated accordingly and comply cGMP and SOP’s
• Coordinate with the production departments for materials supply.
• Coordinate with purchasing department for materials requesting, receiving and returning.
• Coordinate with IT and PED departments in order to recover all Auotostore System faults.
• Take part in an internal quality audits.
• Required reports on weekly /monthly basis for department head.
• Prepare the materials stock report for all locations.
• Control and maintain all processes of stock updating through ERP system.
• Arrange for materials stock checking, physically and theoretically.
• All the deviations are justified if raised.
• Accuracy of data for receiving & dispatching finished goods.
• All shipping plans are fulfilled at required schedules.
• All shipped items (locally & international) are delivered to customers at time.

• Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.
• Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
• Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.
• Interact with sales, marketing, and customer finance to understand demand forecast drivers.
• Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Customer Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
• Use and maintain the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool.
• Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
• Closely coordinate and communicate customer action plans with supply planning
• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
• Expand and develop marketing platforms
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
