Transfer data from paper formats into
computer files or database systems using
keyboards/data recorders for applicants from
different municipalities in Jordan under MSSRP
project.
• Type in data provided directly from workers in
municipalities buildings.
• Verify data by comparing it to source
documents-Data Validation.
• Update existing data when needed for each
project.
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic
files as requested.
• Sort and organize paperwork after entering
data to ensure it is not lost
• Conduct site visits during implementing
MSSRP Sub projects for different
municipalities
•Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports
•Monitor generated working days for sub
projects and keep it tracked.
• Drafting forecasts and business plans
• Managing budgets, allocating branch funds,
and defining financial objectives
• Contribute for verifying muster payroll sheet
coordination with project engineers and ILO
consultants.

• Create spreadsheets to track important
customer information.
• Transfer data from hard copy to a digital
database.
• Update customer information in a database.
•Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
• Perform regular database backups to secure
data.
