• Sourcing quotations from suppliers for the material to be procured to site.
• Reviewing quotes, negotiating prices and delivery schedules and submitting comparison report to procurement unit head.
• Technical review of MEP Engineering Material Submittals to check the Material approvals by Consultant prior to issuing Purchase orders.
• Processing Purchase orders after evaluating the quotes technically and commercially.
• Maintaining quality & cost reduction of the MEP materials to be procured by the suppliers.
• Participate in technical meetings with potential MEP suppliers
• Working with department heads to determine requirements for procurement activities.
• Analyzing and developing procurement plans with cost-effective solutions.
• Monitoring supply chain activities to validate quality of goods procured.
• Facilitating project delivery by procuring materials and supplies.

• Develop procurement plans for MEP-related goods, materials, and
services.
• Coordinate with the project team (engineers & designers) to
identify the specific MEP needs for the project.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure cost
effectiveness and timely delivery of materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality
and competitive pricing.
• Procure materials, equipment, and services required for MEP
systems based on the project specifications and schedule.
• Issue purchase orders, track orders, and ensure timely delivery of
materials to meet construction timelines.
• Manage the procurement budget for MEP components, ensuring
costs stay within approved limits.
• Ensure that materials and equipment meet quality standards and
comply with relevant regulations.
• Coordinate the logistics for delivering MEP materials to the
construction site.
• Work closely with MEP engineers, site managers, and construction
teams to ensure that the procurement strategy aligns with the
projects needs.

• Project budget and LPO creation for the project aligning with the
management.
• To sell the company products/ after sale services by creating
contacts and further making relationships with the prospects.
• Maintaining outlook to follow-up with customers.
• Conducting meetings with clients & consultants to show them
material samples and material quality and discuss about the special
material offers being introduced to them.
• Conducting meeting with clients & consultants to submit our
Company Submittal and Pre-Qualification to briefly explain them.
• Following a strict schedule including various shift timings
throughout the day
• Making sure products and services are supplied to customers on
time.
• Involved in developing a new sales incentive scheme that was
adopted across our company.
◦ Creating detailed sales reports and submitting them to the sales
manager on a weekly basis.
◦ Creating a budget plan for the promotion of products to be
executed across various media platforms and getting it approved
from the clients.
