Responsible for the day to day IT requirements of the company such as user management, trouble-shooting, help and advise. Maintaining desktop applications, local area networks, IT security and telecommunications. Oversees the work of IT staff to ensure that all jobs completed on time, within budget, and to employees specification
-Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks
-Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running
-Manage network servers and technology tools
-Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewall
-Create and verify backups of data
-Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
