As a Team Leader/center in charge, i am fully responsible for day today operation of outsource agency of Indian Embassy & Consulate dealing with Indian Passport renewal and Indian Visa submission handled by BLS International Services in Northern Emirates.
This was first initiative project of Indian Embassy in UAE of Indian Passport renewal and Visa service center handled by EMPOST for 3 years. i was one of the crew member in that project as a Customer Service Assistant. there I need to accept those application dispatch to Indian Embassy. i have handled different phases like scrutinize the application, enter the details in provided software accurately, cash collection, making reports and dispatch to Indian Embassy.
