• Participating in strategic planning sessions along with other members of management to set goals for improvement initiatives

• Systems development planning.
• Identify the needs and requirements of the company management systems.
• Design the framework of the systems and identify the required supporting management systems documentation.
• Agree on the plan and schedule on the Procedures Deliverables Log.
• Systems documentation.
• Establish and develop the required management systems documentation. Issue the systems documentation based on the agreed priorities of the procedures deliverables log.
• Use the standard management system procedure/ guideline and associated forms as a foundation for the specific processes to address the requirements of the systems.
• Maintain project management communication and documentation with the Client.
