Based as project consultant to support and manage implementation of Asset Management Group (AMG) function in Halliburton-KSA Region. AMG will pool non-core equipment from different departments and allow sharing of equipment & personnel through Click Schedule. Click Schedule (CS) is a scheduling tool to enable optimized routes/jobs and achieve higher asset utilization. The cost savings in the first quarter of this project is around 1 Million $.
