• Work in tandem with Technical Department, providing them with instructions from Client and reverting
back to client with clarifications and responses.
• Manage day to day reporting from operations of inspection / expediting site and monitor its on time
submission through assigned regional coordinators.
• Verify and approve the purchase invoices.
• Verify and analyze inspection/Expediting/Audit enquiries and propose the right candidate after organizing quick discussions with Leads of Technical & Contracts department.
• Supervise & ensure collecting Assignment Packages from clients for the approved assignments.
• Prepare Work Orders.
• Supervise & ensure forwarding of Assignment instructions and documents to the inspectors.
• Maintain a Master Itinerary (Excel File) with future & previous assignment logs, expenses met, agencies and personnel hired, time & travel involved etc.
• Updating Weekly Planner (Excel File) for the immediately commencing assignments.
• Maintain a log of Customer complaints, suggest and implement Corrective & Preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Energy Engineering offices worldwide and help The Global Operation Center, Ajman be
updated with the work progress and upcoming assignments.
