Various Types of Procurement and Subcontracts Handled

•Material procurement comprised of various types of civil building materials, mechanical piping materials complying to various standards as pipes, flanges, fittings, fasteners and gaskets, pressure vessels, such as columns, tanks, heat exchangers, various types of rotating equipment’s as gas compressors, pumps in API and non API standards, gas generators various types of cranes, DG sets and UPS, various electrical materials comprising of cables, lugs, cable trays, distribution boards, and panels, switches, glands, various instrumentation materials comprising of cables, control valves, pressure, temperature and flow measuring and sensing instruments and its calibration.
• Procurement also included various types of consumables in welding, paints and general items.
•All orders were placed in SAP.
•Subcontracts included various civil building contracts, roads, survey, geotechnical investigation, trenching and transportation contracts, non-destructive testing and third party inspection contracts, structural and piping fabrication with, erection contracts, painting and insulation contracts.
•Procurement subcontracts were released for water treatment, air conditioning systems, corrosion monitoring systems and site fabrication with erectionof heavy vessels .
•Have executed nearly 2000 km of gas / crude oil pipeline projects of diameters ranging from 12 inch to 48 inch cross country pipeline projects .
• Has procured materials and services for EPC project for OIL India Limited , Duliajan, Assam. Procured annually materials and services approximately USD 100 million.
•Customers include GAIL, GSPC, IOCL, ONGC, OIL India, BPCL, HPCL, Cairn India and Reliance .
