• Preparation of settlements for leaves and terminations to ensure prompt and accurate processing
• Approves the enrollment of new recruits into in Oracle payroll.
Times Sheets Entry on a Daily and Weekly basis
• Processes all Employee deduction centrally within the Oracle payroll system
• Processing Salary Checklist and Salary Register to Monthly basis
• Processing & finalizing of Month End payroll
• Processing Annual Leave, Emergency Leave, Maternity Leave, All types of Leave, benefits deductions, and other adjustments, etc.
• Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports
• Document workflows and work procedures.
• Administer, manage and report online payments for the following government transactions
Utilities, (water, Electricity, and water bills for the company).
Visa costs per employee and visa renewal monthly planning.
Iqama payment and IQAMA renewal monthly planning.
Work permits payments and monthly planning.
Passport expiries and monthly planning of their respective renewals.
Resolve problems relating to employees' ATM debits cards, lost ATM cards, and other technical issues.
• Clear problems relating to incorrect salary computations such as missing overtime, explaining deductions, and other settlement issues and calculations.
• Calculate vacation and/or termination settlements to employees.
• Coordinate with the bank on issues relating to our employees such as their ATM cards, loans, and other company transactions directly affecting employees' earnings and rights.
