Proofread and review and edit of all outgoing letters.
Using APMS system for the translation of all commercial and contractual correspondences.
Translation of all correspondences related to the newly issued projects such as Doha Center and Corniche Beautification, construction of New interchange IC3 at Ras Bufontas Free Zone.. etc.
Translation of all internal memos between PWA different departments

Duties:
Translating all documents related to the Expressway Program projects from English into Arabic and vice versa. ( including construction, Engineering, correspondences.. etc.)
Translating of all outgoing and incoming letters from governmental authorities including not limited (MME Departments, such as IPD, UPD, LAD. Private Engineering Office, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Interior …, Ministry of Finance.. etc.)
Translating of all documents and correspondences related to road, highways and infrastructure constructions, including all projects phases ( build & construction), all necessary letters with regard to approvals from the relevant authorities
Assigned as French - English Translator of EL-MERK project related to the development of the Central
Processing Facilities for El Merk Field, Algeria.

Translating technical documents, (Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Instrumentation, Telecommunication, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, HSE; contracts, reports, all relevant documents related to Gas and Oil field, correspondences, chemical products, Purchase orders, …etc.

3. Special, commercial and general power of attorneys issued inside or outside UAE;
4. marriage contracts and birth and death certificates issued inside or outside UAE;
5. school and academic certificates issued inside or outside UAE;
6. various types of medical reports issued inside or outside UAE;
7. trade, professional, industrial licences issued by CCI inside or outside UAE;
8. quotations, B.O.Q., and technical qualifications for tenders and bids issued inside or outside UAE;
9. maintenance declarations and affidavits issued inside or outside UAE;
10. proofreading and revision;
11. scientific researches, bank statements and economic reports issued inside or outside UAE.
